Yes& is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing account management team. The ideal candidate will serve as the glue that our clients and agency team depend on to hold everything together, every day. In this role, you will build, manage and execute integrated marketing and communications assignments that include traditional and digital solutions across a wide range of channels. The projects are complex and need a strategic thinker, organizer, taskmaster and effective communicator who will go above and beyond for our clients and our agency team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the daily activities for strategic communications and marketing projects that include communications planning, discovery and research, branding, online and traditional creative and content development and execution, website design, social media initiatives, and public relations.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently (written and verbal) with our clients and every department across our agency, based on the needs of each assignment.
  • Set, adhere to and manage deadlines and due dates of and for clients.
  • Maintain effective client relationships through proactive management and communication.
  • Schedule, manage, and facilitate client and internal meetings.
  • Report project status, including schedule, costs, risks, resources, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform quality control and assure overall quality of work products.
  • Prepare and deliver client and internal presentations.

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Three-plus years of experience in project management, program management, or account management in the strategic or marketing communications industry in both the public and private sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts.
  • Superior communications, writing, research, and oral presentation skills.
  • Experience with managing internal creative, digital, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
