Yes& is looking for an Advertising Strategist who will expand and lead Yes& advertising efforts with clients and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Create inventive strategies for the use of paid media and advertising campaigns in both traditional and digital environments
- Gather client objectives, guide clients, prepare strategic analyses, research target audiences and demographics, and track the results of advertising campaigns to allow mid-course corrections
- Create inspiring, relevant creative briefs and translate insight into ideas and subsequent management of idea across all media
- Apply, develop, and conduct different primary research techniques to spark the creative process
- Execute appropriate creative projects across media – brief writing to presentation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign in the marketplace
Experience You Need
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in related field
- 7+ years of advertising strategy experience
- Strong management skills, superior communication skills, and thorough knowledge of industry discipline
- Proficiency with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Specific experience in planning, research, insights or emerging media
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development
- Interest in additional emerging media, including mobile, AR, 2D codes, etc.
- Strong presentation skills (speaking and visual design)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required
- Application of AgencyAgile, including Roadmapping and Resourcing
- Familiarity with government clients and/or insurance programs
