Yes& is looking for a Digital Strategist who is experienced in developing and implementing digital marketing and advertising strategies that provide measurable results.

The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to develop and execute digital campaign strategies on-time and on-budget, including campaign setup, management, and reporting. Working primarily with Federal Government clients, the Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the agency’s objectives, and come to the table with fresh ideas on how to leverage digital and social media to achieve their goals.

What You Will Do

  • Work directly with clients to develop, write, and propose integrated digital marketing strategies that align with their business challenges and broader marketing efforts
  • Execute campaigns, including setup, management, reporting, and optimizations on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GDN, and others
  • Work directly with 3rd party managed-service digital advertising partners as needed  
  • Research and analyze target audience data to understand audiences’ interests and online behaviors, brand attributes, and competitive landscape
  • Work with the account and project management teams to deliver creative specifications, proposed media budgets, and timelines
  • Work with the creative and internal teams to develop creative briefs that inspire clients and creative teams with idea development and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency project teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative requirements, and delivery specs to help ensure all assets align with the approved strategy 
  • Serve as an internal expert for all things digital including emerging trends and practices
  • Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment and have a deep knowledge of paid digital and social platforms, including measurement and demonstrating ROI

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5-7+ years of agency experience in digital and social marketing, preferably working with Federal Government clients
  • Superior client service and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies for implementation
  • Proven expertise in campaign setup, management, and reporting with proficiencies in digital marketing platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Google Display Network, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in current research and analytical tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong research skills and resourcefulness 
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance

Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required

  • Familiarity with government clients is strongly preferred
  • Organic social media management and content marketing
