Yes& is looking for a Digital Strategist who is experienced in providing measurable results to clients through digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership across agency teams to develop campaigns, communicate content, monitor online communities, uncover insights, analyze metrics, and effectively educate our clients in all of the above. Responsible for a deep understanding of the client’s business and competitive landscape and comes to the table with fresh ideas on how to leverage social media to achieve valued outcomes.

 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop digital marketing solutions to address clients’ business challenges 
  • Research and analyze target audience data to understand audiences’ interests and online behaviors, brand attributes, and competitive landscape
  • Create strategies and plans to connect digital, social, mobile, and traditional marketing efforts
  • Stay up to date on relevant trends and technologies
  • Stay current on users, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards client base proactively identifying opportunities for client growth.
  • Define scope, recommend approach, and execute digital strategy and strategic planning projects for clients
  • Analyze trends/results to determine the most effective digital implications and solutions.
  • Work to develop creative briefs that fully incorporate the digital perspective and will inspire clients and creative teams with idea development and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term online marketing strategies
  • Serve as an internal expert for all things digital including emerging trends and practices
  • Participate in strategic planning for new business opportunities
  • Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment and have a deep knowledge of social media with the ability to discuss ROI of social media campaigns

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital and social marketing
  • Proficiency in current research and analytical tools
  • Superior client service and demonstrated ability to grow client relationships
  • Ability to translate client goals and demonstrate measurable value to the client through the digital plan
  • Proven experience and expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing plans
  • Proven experience of integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand
  • Some experience with Google Analytics
  • Strong research skills and ability to translate the research to a solid presentation
  • Familiarity with how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to website and product development
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance

Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required

  • Familiarity with government clients and/or insurance programs
