Yes& is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and reports. The right candidate will also assist in coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes as well as provide information and clerical assistance as needed or requested.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with candidate pre-screening and reference checks
  • Assemble orientation materials for all new employees
  • Monitor and maintain records of internal training programs
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions
  • Coordinate college / graduate internship program
  • Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, and tax information
  • Process employment applications and assist in recording new hire documentation
  • Update employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information to payroll

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resources Management preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Applications
  • Good telephone etiquette (receptionist experience helpful)
  • Ability to keep departmental information confidential
