Yes& is looking for a Media Analyst to join our Digital department. The ideal candidate will define and implement data analysis measurement strategies that align with the client and agency goals.

What You Will Do

  • Work daily with data from platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, social media platforms, Google Ads, DSPs, and others 
  • Develop attribution modeling strategies to more accurately understand the most effective tactics 
  • Define A/B or multivariate testing strategies to continuously optimize campaigns 
  • Provide analysis of website traffic including user behaviors, conversion and event tracking, and developing strategies to improve performance 
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports from multiple data sources, including blended data to uncover insights 
  • Implement data capture and tracking integrations using Google Tag Manager 
  • Understand customer journey mapping, including ad retargeting strategies to nurture users through the funnel 
  • Work with the Yes& digital team to strategize, coordinate, setup, launch, manage, track, optimize, and report on paid digital campaigns across multiple channels 
  • Work with the account management, creative, and digital teams to communicate creative specs and manage assets 
  • Work with clients and the digital team to gain access to platforms, manage tags, set up conversions, and build dashboards 
  • Know the campaign strategy inside and out, and use your programmatic buying experience to help determine, and then hit the KPIs 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency project teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative requirements, and delivery specs to help ensure all assets align with the approved strategy 
  • Bring new ideas and big picture thinking to the table 

Experience You Need

  • 4 + years of experience in a related role 
  • Bachelors’ Degree required, preferably in business or marketing 
  • Familiar with data visualization standards and techniques to visually summarize data and insights 
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data from multiple sources 
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio 
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing, advertising and social media, including the martech stack behind them 
  • Ability to write clear and concise presentations for clients summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications in straight-forward and enlightening way for clients
  • Superior client service and ability to build client trust, with the ability to help translate client goals into actionable strategies for implementation
  • Proven expertise in programmatic buying and campaign management, with proficiencies in digital marketing platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Display / Video / OTT networks 
  • Strong research skills and resourcefulness 
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance 

Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required

  • Agency background with Data Analytics experience preferred 
  • Master’s degree in related fields preferred
