Yes& is looking for a Media Specialist II who will coordinate media buying efforts as well as create media plans based on research that determines advantageous placements.
What You Will Do
- Develop media lists and outlets for TV, radio, print, outdoor, Internet, and other venues, as required
- Help create media plans based on this research and determine the most advantageous placements
- Coordinate media buying
- Oversee and manage paid media budget
- Analyze trends to determine campaign success. Write detailed reports at the conclusion of campaigns to detail placements and results
- Should quantitative research be required, help in the creation of the survey instrument
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Stay up to date on platform updates and best practices
- Leverage the right tools to manage your advertisements
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns across multi-channel platforms to identify opportunities to improve performance
Experience You Need
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires 2+ years of experience in a media buying, media sales, and/or public relations environment
- Requires excellent skill in word processing applications, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Proficiency in: Google AdWords / Bing Paid Ads, Google Analytics, Google Grant, Retargeting and Google Display, Social Platform Advertising: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and video advertising
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
