Yes& is looking for a Vice President, Account Services who is responsible for the management, service and profitability of an assigned department or major account.

The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s services. The VP will also assume the overall management and supervision responsibilities for the Account Team(s) personnel. Finally, the VP will handle all issues related to the selected clients and inform agency leadership of any serious issues needing escalation and be able to recognize additional opportunities within the account to expand the business.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Aggressively pursue new ways to contribute to overall agency and client profitability objectives
  • Monitor the workflow within the account team to ensure work in progress is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build positive and lasting relationships based upon achievement of the client’s marketing objectives in a manner profitable to the agency
  • Work with agency executives and/or new business committee to make new business presentations; Develop networks of potential client contacts and follow-up as indicated; Involve agency executives and/or new business committee in the early adoption process by the prospect to ensure success; Spearhead RFP preparations, delivery and follow-up

Experience You Need

  • 10+ years marketing experience that provides an understanding of advertising, marketing, direct, media, creative, production, public relations, research and agency finance
  • 4+ years of managing and leading Account Teams within a small to medium-sized agency setting
  • Financial management
  • Interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field
  • Advanced Skills with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance

Experience that Would be a Plus, but not Required

  • MBA, or Advanced degree in Marketing or Management
  • Application of AgencyAgile, including Roadmapping and Resourcing
  • Time reporting and project management in Workamajig
  • Familiarity with government clients and/or insurance programs
